1.User access test cases
1.1.Testing the Mwanga CMP platform system functionality
1.1.1.User access rights
1.1.1.1.The assumption is that you are viewing these test cases, you were able to successfully log into the Mwanga CMP plaform. Confirm that you have been assigned to the correct user group which should be displayed next to your name according to the activities that you should be able to perform, provide feedback on the login experience, provide feedback in the field below:

3.System Administration test cases
3.1.Testing the functionality to create a new user record
3.1.1.The assumption is that if you're viewing these test cases, you managed to successfully log into the Mwanga platform as the test cases are embedded on the system. Confirm that you are able to access the Register New User application from the menu options, provide feedback in the field below:
3.1.2.Create a new user record, assign the user to one of the 6 available groups and save the record, confirm that you were able to create and save the record, provide feedback in the field below:
3.1.3.Navigate to the users application, confirm that the record you have just created reflects on the list of users and that the credentials that you assigned are correctly captured, provide feedback in the field below:
3.1.4.Log out of the system, login as the user that you just created, confirm that the login details and that the user has the access that is relevant to their user group, provide feedback in the field below. Log back in with your credentials to continue with the testing.:
3.2.Testing the functionality to change a users password
3.2.1.Navigate to the password reset application, confirm that you have access to view this page, provide feedback in the field below:
3.2.2.Reset the password for the user that you just created, save the record, confirm that you were able to change the password and save the record, provide feedback in the field below.Log back in with your credentials to continue with the testing.:
3.2.3.Log out of the Mwanga platform, log in with the users new credentials that you just updated, confirm that they work, provide feedback in the field below:
3.3.Testing the functionality to revoke user access
3.3.1.Navigate to the user application, retrieve the user record that you recently created, search by either name or email adddress, confirm that you are able to retreive the user record, provide feedback in the field below:
3.3.2.Click on the edit button next to the record that you retrieved in the step above, navigate to the status field, change the value to inactive, save the record, confirm that you were able to change the user status and save the record, provide feedback in the field below:
3.3.3.Navigate to the user application, retrieve the user record that you just deactivated, confirm that in the status column this record is marked as Inactive, provide feedback in the field below:
3.3.4.Log out of the Mwanga platform, attempt to log in with the credentials of the user record that you just updated, confirm that you receive an error message that indicates that the user account is inactive and therefore not able to log in, provide feedback in the field below:
